The Prairie Service team will work with you to help maintain your equipment on a regular basis. Arrange inspections and attend to all your HVAC equipment on a quarterly or semi-annual schedule.

Have the peace of mind knowing your equipment will have expert assessments and treatment. PSG agrees to inspect the heating/cooling units with either gas or electric heat on a seasonal basis. Preschedule your service appointments to increase air efficiency and reduce breakdowns.

Services during Scheduled Maintenance may include but not limited to:

*Change belts as needed and lubricate fan motor and bearings
*Check burners/heat exchanger and air adjustment to burners
*Check fan and limit control
*Check gas valve operation
*Check operating and safety controls
*Check fan motor amperage and heating coil amperage draw, contactor and sequencing
*Check outside air damper and electrical wiring connections
*Inspect and blow out the condenser coil annually
*Inspect and clean the condensate drain
*Inspect the condenser fan, check compressor and fan motor voltage and amperage
*Remove and dispose dirty air filters, install clean efficient filters
*Check and adjust thermostat controller
